Incredibly durable, heavy duty canvas tarp, hand-made in Spain using 100% natural cotton and with a leather tag, it’s both tough and completely biodegradable.
Bushcraft Spain are the original and authentic manufactures of tarps in Europe, known for their quality throughout the world.
Unlike other ‘heavy duty’ nylon tarps, this tough canvas construction can withstand light burns and embers from the campfire, while of course holding out against strong winds and heavy rain.
19 strong, reinforced tie-off loops have been added to the canvas tarp, allowing you to easily and reliably secure it to nearby trees, poles or anything sturdy.
Use this heavy-duty canvas tarp as a shelter from the sun or bad weather, otherwise learn how to configure it into a tent and use this canvas and wool ground cover, also manufactured by Bushcraft Spain. This heavy duty natural canvas tarp is hand-made using 300gsm (9 oz.) 100% cotton canvas with cotton stitching and a Leather tag.
Very little energy and resources are used to manufacture this lean-to tent that’s extremely durable and completely biodegradable.
Cotton is a biodegradable material, although with most/almost all non-organic plant-based materials, pesticides and fertilisers are used during farming, then some other chemicals are used during the manufacturing process.
Bushcraft Spain build each tarp by hand with longevity in mind with the hopes that it’ll be passed down to future generations of bushcraft enthusiast. Once this canvas tarp finally comes to the end of its life, whether it finds itself in landfill or buried in the ground, it’ll completely decompose in a relatively short amount of time.
