Australian Customers

Spend more than $99 and receive free shipping Australia wide, otherwise there's a single flat rate of $14.99, no matter how many items you've ordered.

All Australia orders are either sent out from our warehouse in the Grampians, Victoria, or directly from the brand supplying the product, as we work very closely with all of our suppliers. Almost every Australian order is dispatched from Australia, although some of our tents are sent via Air Freight from the closest warehouse stocking the product, but don't worry, this usually only adds about 5-7 days to the overall delivery time.

European Customers

We deliver to all countries in the EU for free when you spend over €99! Otherwise there's a single flat rate charge of €9.99 for the entire order.

Almost every order is dispatched from our warehouse in France with the occasional product being sent directly from our suppliers. Some of our tents are sent from the closest warehouse holding stock, which is usually overseas, but don't worry as this only adds about 5-7 days to the total delivery time.
